WHAT ARE YOUR WAITING TIMES LIKE?

We have a turn around of 4 - 6 weeks depending on current work load and size of job. We aim to keep our customers up to date every step of the way including lead times. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Currently except cash or bank transfers all details can be found on your estimate/invoice.

WHAT IS YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE?

We currently have over 20 years engineering experience in a range of fields. 

HOW LONG DOSE A QUOTE LAST?

Normally 30 days for any quote but due to the current economic change quotes may change earlier than expected. You will be notified of any challenge.

Deposit?

We will take a deposit to secure your job, details can be found on the estimate/invoice. We may require more than one deposit part way through the job and the final balance to be paid on completion before we leave site. Deposit's are non-refundable after materials have been ordered.

Warranty?

We aim to provide high quality workmanship but we understand from time to time that mistakes happen. If we believe that we are at fault we will honour the warranty and repair the fault at our discretion. In certain cases we have to allow for tolerance's within the fabrication and finished product, we try our best to keep this to a minimum but as our products are handcrafted we have to take into account the movement due to heat process. In some cases there may be an extra charge if we are not at fault.

Returns & Refunds

Discrepancies must be notified within 24hrs of purchase. Any damages to any delivered items must be notified within 24 hours of delivery so we can take up the issue with the courier. After this time any replacements will be chargeable.
